Location: Lakeland, FL
Salary: $95,000 per year

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) ready to take your leadership skills to the next level? We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead a skilled nursing team and ensure exceptional resident care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of nursing professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.

• Oversee nursing staff performance to maintain the highest care standards.

• Act as a liaison between staff and management, ensuring smooth communication and timely issue resolution.

• Lead weekly wound rounds and actively participate in facility surveys.

• Build strong relationships with residents, families, physicians, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Current, valid Florida RN license.

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in skilled nursing or a similar healthcare setting.

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
