Operations Shift Supervisor (Easton)

Phillips Feed is seeking a hands-on, safety-focused Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead our 3rd shift team. This role is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with company standards. If you're a dependable leader with a passion for logistics and team development, we want to hear from you!

Hours : Monday- Friday 8 : 00 pm- 4 : 30 am

What Youll Do

• Supervise second shift picking, checking, and loading operations
• Plan, assign, and direct work to maximize productivity and efficiency
• Ensure all warehouse and food safety standards are met or exceeded
• Lead by example in promoting a safety-first culture
• Operate forklifts and order selectors to support operations as needed
• Ensure accurate loading by stop number, stretch wrapping, and completing load maps
• Submit route paperwork to invoicing team
• Collaborate with supervisors and managers to provide consistent performance feedback
• Perform other duties as assigned
