Job Title : Commercial HVAC Service / Project Sales

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial HVAC Service / Project Sales professional to join our dynamic team in Atlanta, GA.
The ideal candidate will be a local professional with a stable work history, possessing a minimum of 5 years of successful commercial HVAC sales experience, familiarity with Bluebeam, and a proven track record in managing large commercial projects.
Responsibilities :
- Identify, pursue, and secure new commercial HVAC service and project sales opportunities in the Atlanta market.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and key industry stakeholders.
- Utilize your technical expertise to understand client needs and provide tailored HVAC solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop accurate project proposals and estimates using Bluebeam and other relevant tools.
- Present proposals to clients, addressing questions and concerns to facilitate successful project sales.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to enhance service and sales offerings.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and building a positive reputation for our company.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless project transitions from sales to execution.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 5 years of proven success in commercial HVAC sales.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam and other relevant industry software tools.
- Experience in managing and successfully delivering large commercial HVAC projects.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Local candidate in Atlanta, GA, with a stable work history and a commitment to professional growth.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as needed.
