What You Can Expect :

  • Utilize your organizational prowess to efficiently schedule and confirm patient appointments, optimizing clinic operations.
  • Serve as the guardian of our paperwork, proactively preparing, creating, and handling patient documents.
  • Expertly guide new patients through the intake process, collecting health information and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Act as a liaison between patients and staff, providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance via phone and in person.
  • Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional service delivery.
  • Safeguard patient confidentiality with utmost discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, reflecting our commitment to excellence.
  • Harness your computer skills to complete tasks using Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, ECW and other software.

    • Hours of Operation :
