RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Lead agile-scrum software development.
- Responsible for on time delivery of software versions
- Participate in the creation of the software roadmap
- Initiate and lead software development process improvements
- Overall responsibility for Software architecture
BACKGROUND PROFILE :
- Degree in Computer Science / Software Engineering or Comparable Experience
- 10 years of experience developing software.
- 3 years of experience leading / managing software development
- Experience leading software development using agile methodology
- Familiar with software development tools and utilities including development environments and bug tracking utilities
- Familiar with C++ and C# programming
- Experience with Semiconductor equipment and SEMI communication standards SECS / GEM
- Experience developing software or leading SW development in multi-disciplinary environment.
- Experience facing customers
- Strong leadership skills
- 10% travel to include domestic and international trips
