Curo Pet Care is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to join our team. The role will be responsible for providing technical support to our group of 70+ veterinary hospitals ensuring smooth operation of hardware, software, network systems, and specialized veterinary software. It serves as Curo’s field technology lead, working closely with Operations, Finance, and the De Novo build team to ensure consistent IT standards, data security, and reliable connectivity across the organization. This role is essential to maintaining the integrity and reliability of our IT infrastructure, enabling our medical team to focus on delivering top-notch veterinary care.

As IT Support Manager, you will be responsible for :
Provide on-site and remote technical support to hospital staff for software, hardware, and network issues.
Monitor and maintain local area network (LAN) performance, including internet connectivity, routers, and Wi-Fi access points.
Install, configure, and update operating systems, medical software applications, and other essential tools.
Regularly perform data backups and ensure disaster recovery protocols are in place.
Maintain an inventory of IT assets and manage replacement cycles for aging equipment.
All IT ordering procurement for new sites
Maintain documentation of IT procedures, user guides, and troubleshooting steps.

This is a Southern California hybrid position with travel requirements to a veterinary hospital setting, which may involve working in proximity to animals. Candidates should be comfortable working in an animal care environment and be prepared for occasional urgent after-hours support. Expectation to travel onsite up to twice a month for up to 3-4 days per visit.
