A company is looking for an IT Customer Care specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first line response for customers requiring assistance with IT issues
Perform remote software implementations and offer follow-up product support
Track, organize, and document all product support activities
Required Qualifications
Intermediate or advanced knowledge in at least one technical area related to APIs, front-end, or back-end concepts
Understanding of video player and video streaming technologies
Knowledge of networking, DRM, encoding, and CDN is a plus
Experience with helpdesk systems for issue management
Fluency in Spanish and English is essential
