This role is part of Blue Origin corporate functions, providing centralized support across Blue Origin business unit teams, functions, and locations.

This role will be accountable for all Engines Business Unit data analytics, planning, analysis, and reporting, as well as being a business partner to our senior leadership. Our team is seeking a proactive individual with excellent reporting and analytics acumen, knowledge of operational KPIs / metrics, and keen attention to detail that can thrive and support our mission in a fast-paced environment.This role will report into the Blue Engines Director of FP&A and will drive critical initiatives to improve the quality, accuracy and timeliness of insights provided to leadership.

• Business Reporting : This person will own all financial and operational executive reporting for the business unit (e.g. Tableau, Executive Reporting Package, KPIs)
• Data Reporting & Process Automation : Design and maintain reporting ecosystems and internal processes to meet dynamic business needs (e.g., Databricks, SQL)
• Analytics & Data Modeling : Build advanced financial and operational data models, craft intuitive visuals, and provide high-quality analyses to support leadership decision-making
• Key Performance Indicators : Develop, analyze, and interpret leading and lagging indicators; identify variances, risks, and opportunities for improvement
• Risk & Performance Management : Assess business unit and program performance, manage risks, and develop mitigation plans while projecting future business impacts
• Business Partnering : Act as a trusted financial partner to senior leadership, translating data into actionable insights to drive operational and financial success

Required for certain Job Profiles : Ability to obtain and maintain Merchant Mariner Credential, which includes pre-employment and random drug testing as well as DOT physical
