Amazon's Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics (FTR) Finance is looking for a Finance Manager on our FTR Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) team to deliver financial forecast reporting for Finance and Business leadership. Encompassing Amazon's leadership principles, this role consolidates complex information into a concise story to help navigate conversations that lead to strategic decision making based on operating expenses and capital expenditures. In this centralized role, you will help tell the FTR financial story through analysis, reporting, and business writing. You will be responsible for defining and driving key financial mechanisms in coordination with our various teams across FTR. Our team owns the consolidation of financial results, managing the forecasting process, and driving process efficiency across the FTR organization.

A successful candidate will be able to effectively influence business partners, provide accurate reporting against fast deadlines, and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment. Candidates should demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills as direct interaction with leadership is common.

Fulfillment Technologies and Robotics' vision is to deliver a highly automated supply chain with a fulfillment management system that provides end-to-end inventory visibility to streamline processes and facilitate real-time decision making. Key Job Responsibilities

• Business Finance Support : Responsible for delivering consolidated reporting of financial forecasting cycles utilizing financial systems and advance excel functions. Enhance existing financial reporting and design new dashboards for financial insights. Mechanize and streamline financial processes to promote consistent and accurate financial reporting. Identifies and implements solutions to resolve, improve, automate, or simplify finance processes. Proven ability to develop strategic relationships with your business partners and influence decisions. Makes thoughtful time management decisions independently. Prioritizes work, resolves issues, meets deadlines, and seeks feedback from your manager. Discerns between urgent and non-urgent issues and acts accordingly to solve them.
• Communication : You communicate data in a clear, concise, and unambiguous manner both verbally and in writing. You adjust communications based on audience and can articulate complex finance issues to non-Finance partners. You have backbone and challenge business partner plans and assumptions when needed. You navigate across organizations and identify the right teams to participate in discussions.
