Our Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team currently has an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Finance Manager to support the handset ecosystem, specifically managing the handset liquidation program. In this role, the Finance Manager will oversee the financial forecasting, budgeting and reporting for the device liquidation program. This role will serve as a key advisor, providing financial insights, strategic planning and decision support to maximize ROI and program effectiveness. Responsibilities include preparing and presenting financial decks to executive leadership, ensuring accurate cost capture, developing KPI's, forecasting, and delivering financial reporting tied to device and inventory sell-through strategies. This position will work closely with cross-functional partners across Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain and Marketing to drive transparency and insight into both ongoing operational expenses and liquidation related financial impacts.

Required experience and educational background will include the following :

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis (FP&A).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP and planning tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent communication and business partnering and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including SQL and database experience - Required
• Deep understanding of accounting principles, P&L management, and financial regulations.
• Experience with reporting and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The successful candidate will possess the following traits :

Travel : Travel Required (No) DOT Regulated : DOT Regulated Position (No) Safety Sensitive Position (No) Base Pay Range : $86,300 - $155,700 Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and / or team performance.
