The Service O perations Manager is responsible for supporting and directing the Field Service, Service Delivery, Warehouse and Refurbishment Personnel. They are also responsible for ensuring that customers are provided an exceptional customer service experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Hire, Disciplinary Action, Lead, Manage, Coach and Mentor all assigned departments.
- Responsible for oversight of all operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, and administrative duties
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
- Provide training, coaching, development, and motivation
- Displays extensive working knowledge of industry standards and practices, including product details and company services offered
- Responsible for employee yearly performance reviews
- Ensure branch readiness by providing employees with the tools to do their job, i.e. training, vehicles, equipment including a clean and healthy work environment
- Manage equipment refurbishment ensuring work is completed to standard
- Offers exemplary customer service, including maintaining customer relationships and ensuring repeat customers by upselling products and services and taking care of any customer concerns or complaints quickly and professionally
- Maintain and monitor metrics
- Other duties as assigned
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS :
Education : Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical certifications
Experience : Customer Service experience is required, previous service experience preferred
