We are seeking a Branch Manager to work at our Commerce City, CO location. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record of success in managing sales and operations teams in showroom and production environments. Desired management experience or product knowledge includes decking, railing, outdoor structures, building materials : metals, woods, plastics, hardware, and construction.

Responsibilities include :
Prepare and manage departmental budgetsSupervise the activities of workers engaged in receiving, storing, testing, and shipping products or materialsInterview, select, and train warehouse and supervisory personnelPlan, develop, or implement warehouse safety and security programs and activitiesPrepare or direct preparation of correspondence, reports, and operations, maintenance, and safety manualsIssue shipping instructions and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinatedReview invoices, work orders, consumption reports, or demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods and to issue work assignmentsInspect physical conditions of warehouses, vehicle fleets, or equipment and order testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacementsRespond to customers' or shippers' questions and complaints regarding storage and distribution servicesDevelop and document standard and emergency operating procedures for receiving, handling, storing, shipping, or salvaging products or materialsDevelop or implement plans for facility modification or expansion, such as equipment purchase or changes in space allocation or structural designExamine products or materials to estimate quantities or weight and type of container required for storage or transportArrange for storage facilities when requiredDevelop or implement plans for storage and distribution activitiesComplete profit and loss responsibilityPlanning, budgeting, forecasting, and expense controlMaximize sales and profit growth while properly managing company assetsHire, teach, coach, and retain the highest level of quality personnelSupport employees by providing good working conditions, equitable pay programs, and ongoing career development.
