Start your career with Behavioral Concepts (BCI)! BCI is currently seeking a Lead Technician. A Lead Technician (LT) is preferably a Master's level employee who is in the process of accruing indirect supervised experience hours toward the completion of the BCBA certification. An LT is assigned to a clinical team under the supervision of a BCBA and is responsible for assisting the BCBA with fulfilling certain supervisory duties.
