Senior Backend Data Engineer

A company is looking for a Senior Backend and Data Engineer - Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and maintain data engineering infrastructure, including Snowflake pipelines and ETL / ELT systems

Develop backend services and integrations using languages like Elixir, Ruby, or Python

Support AI agent development to solve business problems and improve workflows

Required Qualifications

8-10 years of backend or full stack engineering experience, with a focus on backend / data engineering

Strong SQL and data modeling skills, with Snowflake experience preferred

Proficiency in ETL / ELT pipelines, preferably using DBT

Experience building backend services and APIs in modern programming languages

Hands-on experience with AI tools, agents, or LLM integrations
