Qualifications

Academic :

Minimum - Associates Degree in Information Systems or 2 years related experience Preferred - Bachelors in Information Systems or 5 years related experience

Experience :

Minimum - 5 years related experience / Preferred - 5 years experience with Azure Cloud / Microsoft 365. 5 years experience with WAN / LAN design / implementation.

Other : Physical requirements to meet job demand including the ability to lift up to 65 pounds, kneel, bend, squat, crawl and climb. Valid Ohio drivers license.

Position Purpose

Supports organizational operation, clinical and fiscal management by :

• Providing Project Engineering & Design with minimal guidance to maintain the integrity of the network and all corporate data
• Providing consistent access to the software systems on the network with the Network Administrator by maintaining the connections through the LAN / WAN
• Providing additional help desk support to users for computer software applications with the Support Specialist
• Providing additional hardware support of the various personal computers and printers throughout the agency with the Support Specialist
• Improving access to computers by monitoring open positions and working with Manager of IT to assign computers / thin client equipment that meets the needs of each position
• Managing equipment and licenses to meet all compliance requirements
• Providing management and support for networks at associated agencies under IS management agreements.
• As needed, work with Support Supervisor and Support Specialist to coordinate on-site user support to provide optimal response to user support needs.

Adding, modifying and removing user accounts

Providing assistance by phone to end-users who are having trouble with computer software systems to provide smooth operation of the end-user functions

Setting up, installing, moving and repairing existing computer hardware to assure the effectiveness of the operation of the computer hardware systems

Review software installations and matching licenses to installations

Setting up networks and computers as needed to meet any IS support needs at associated agencies
