Job Description
Manage all phases of construction projects to meet design, budget, schedule, and safety goals. Work with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to plan and execute projects. Visit job sites regularly to track progress, solve issues, and ensure safety and quality. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports, keeping stakeholders informed. Oversee procurement, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Lead and support project teams, including field staff and subcontractors. Identify risks early and resolve challenges to keep projects on track. Ensure compliance with all codes, permits, and regulations. Promote teamwork, communication, and a positive, safety-driven culture.

The Successful Applicant
Bring 5+ years of experience in construction and concrete projects. Possess comprehensive knowledge of concrete processes and applications. Skilled in reading and interpreting project specifications. Understand the use and application of various concrete materials. Maintain a strong focus on product quality and structural integrity. Knowledgeable about proper concrete curing times and techniques. Experienced in managing and executing parking garage projects.
