Immediate need for a Case Manager seeking medical benefits, PTO, and a work-life balance. Effective communication, analysis, critical thinking, and strong people skills will be keys to success in this Non-Profit organization.

You will be responsible for assessing needs, developing, monitoring, evaluating plans and progress, and facilitating approaches.
