Through a direct-to-consumer model, we deliver premium fiberglass products, personalized in-home consultations, and professional installation-making the window replacement process simple, seamless, and satisfying.

We're looking for Brand Ambassadors who are personable, confident, and genuinely excited to connect with others. The ideal candidate is outgoing, authentic, and thrives in social settings-someone who can spark meaningful conversations, build trust quickly, and represent Marvin with pride.

Compensation

Earn $25 - $35+/hr - guaranteed hourly pay of $20/hr plus weekly bonuses for every qualified lead
