Location : 400 Smoketree Plaza, North Aurora, IL 60542

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 2 : 00-10 : 30pm, with some flexibility as needed.

Language requirement : Must be bilingual in English / Spanish

Role Description :

The Sr. People Generalist, Fulfillment Operations is a hands-on role that serves as the main People Team representative within their assigned ShipBob Innovation and Fulfillment Centers tasked with providing full cycle Human Resources support too all employees, managers, and regional directors within the assigned location(s). In addition, you will work closely with our business leaders to execute HR initiatives and strategies to guide organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, workforce planning, and compliance within your assigned location. This role reports to the Senior Manager, People Experience.

ShipBob believes in transparency while providing a competitive total compensation package with a pay for performance approach. We are targeting a salary range of $75,525 - $100,000 for this role. The full base pay range for this position in our compensation architecture is $75,525 - $125,875. In addition to base salary, this role includes the opportunity to be eligible for participation in the Company's discretionary bonus plan based on Company's plans and in accordance with Company's policies.
