Job description

Title : Mail Clerk / Shipping Clerk

Location : Wayzata, MN 55391 (On-Site Job)

Duration : 4 Months Contract to Direct Hire

Schedule : Monday through Friday 7 : 45 AM - 4 : 15 PM CST

Max Pay : $20 / hr.

Summary :

Responsible for sorting, processing, and delivering incoming / outgoing mail and packages. Operates Pitney Bowes mail equipment, handles freight tracking, performs daily mail runs, assists with fulfillment tasks, and manages customer inquiries related to mail and shipping services.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Sort and deliver USPS / inter-office mail and freight
  • Process outbound mail
  • Track inbound packages
  • Operate mail inserting machine
  • Pick up / deliver mail and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with fulfillment and labeling tasks
  • Respond to customer inquiries

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1–2 years of mail or delivery services experience
  • Able to Operate Pallet Jack
  • Basic MS Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
