Role Overview : We’re looking for a dedicated and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at our Castle Rock clinic. In this role, you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality, comprehensive therapy to pediatric clients in a fun, family-centered environment.
Position Details :
- Shift : Full-Time, In-Person
- Location : 815 S. Perry St. #200, Castle Rock, CO 80104
- Schedule : 4x10-hour days, Monday–Friday OR Tues-Fri, 8 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM (No weekends)
- Pay Range : $70,000 – $104,000 per year
- Sign-On Bonus : $2,500
- Guarantee : Pay is bi-weekly, and we guarantee your full compensation for the first 30 days of employment to ensure a smooth and supported start
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of clients with various challengesDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific needsProvide therapy services to clients with a wide range of disordersCollaborate with other members of the therapy team to ensure coordinated, high-quality careMaintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progressRequirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language PathologyValid DORA licenseASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC's)Completed PRAXISWillingness to work with clients across various age groups and diagnosesAvailability to work after school hours1+ years of experience as an SLPBenefits
