Aventura at Humility House is now hiring Dietary Aides!

Full-time - Day shift
Part-time - Afternoon shift

Are you looking to make a difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive team environment? We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Dietary Aide to join our skilled nursing facility.

Responsibilities :

Assist in preparing and serving meals to residents in accordance with dietary guidelines and resident care plans

Ensure food is handled, stored, and prepared safely

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining, and food service areas

Deliver meals and snacks to residents with courtesy and care

Work collaboratively with the dietary team to meet residents' nutritional needs

Qualifications :

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Previous food service or healthcare experience preferred, but not required-training will be provided

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures

Compassionate and respectful toward residents and their dietary needs
