Job Summary :
The Training & HR Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering employee training programs—including MANDT, CPR, and other compliance-based initiatives—while also supporting key human resources functions. This position ensures that staff are trained to meet state, regulatory, and organizational requirements and provides HR support in areas such as FMLA, short-term disability, and workers’ compensation claims. The coordinator plays a vital role in promoting workforce readiness, employee well-being, and compliance.

Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures related to leave and claims management.
Perform other related duties and additional tasks as assigned.
