Job descriptionProvide personalized care to our community of recovering patients, empowering them to regain independence. Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement tailored care plans. Educate patients and their families on strategies for ongoing care and improving daily life, including therapy, exercise, and treatments. Coordinate and administer medical treatments to enhance patient well-being, with a focus on improving overall health. Approach every duty with a deep sense of compassion and dedication. Hold a Valid Physical Therapy License (required) 1+ years of Physical Therapy experience Have a genuine passion for providing the highest quality care to our community
