IP Attorney

A company is looking for an IP Attorney (eCommerce Platform).

Key Responsibilities

Advise on intellectual property matters specific to platform or marketplace companies

Manage DMCA takedown notices and respond appropriately

Oversee IP enforcement actions, including cease-and-desist strategies

Required Qualifications

Experience advising platform or marketplace companies on IP issues

Knowledge of DMCA processes and takedown notice responses

Experience with IP enforcement and brand protection

Familiarity with licensing negotiations or litigation strategy is a plus

Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
