Experienced Enterprise Account Executive, IT Staffing And Solutions - Atlanta / Remote
Our client is investing heavily in growth and is eager to add an Enterprise Account Executive to their Atlanta team! With a focus on Technology Staffing and Solutions, the Enterprise Account Executive will build strong client relationships within key accounts in the local Atlanta region.
What you need :
- Proven success across multiple IT consulting verticals, including : Digital Transformation, Cloud & Data, Artificial Intelligence; Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity & Risk, Application Modernization; UX / CX Design, Product Engineering, ERP, and Nearshore Delivery.
- Deep experience in all staffing buying models : Direct Hire Placement, Contingent Labor (Client & MSP-Driven), MSP / No Access.
Hands-on execution of SOW models :
Time & Materials and Outcome-Based / Fixed Fee ProjectsComfortable engaging enterprise and SMB clients in strategic, value-led sales conversations.Consultative Sales Mastery (MEDDIC, Challenger, Sandler methodologies).Obsessed with relationship-building and long-term client retention.Resilient and grittynavigates complex, multi-threaded enterprise deals.Deep network of decision-makers across IT services verticals.Operates with ownership mentalityaccountable for results, forecasts, and client outcomes.Collaborative, coachable, competitive, and effective team player.What you get :
