HR Coordinator (Contract)

Our client, a Medical Device Manufacturer, is seeking a dedicated HR Coordinator to join their team. As an HR Coordinator, you will be an essential part of the Human Resources department supporting the management of employee records and ensuring compliance with data security standards. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to handling sensitive information, which will align successfully within the organization.

Location : Wayne, NJ

Pay Range : $25 / Hourly Duration : 3 months Contract

What's the Job?

• Organize, label, and maintain physical and digital employee files in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Accurately scan and index confidential documents into the HRIS or document management system.
• Prepare and package employee files for secure off-site storage, ensuring proper documentation and chain-of-custody procedures.
• Handle all employee records with strict confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
• Follow established workflows and contribute to process improvements for document handling and storage.
