Role

As a Project Manager at Ledger Bennett, you'll be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of client campaigns and programs. You'll manage timelines, coordinate deliverables, and align internal teams to ensure work is delivered accurately, clearly, and on schedule. Acting as the central connector between clients and internal stakeholders, you'll provide clear updates, remove blockers, and ensure best practices are followed across planning, scheduling, quality control, and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Internal Coordination

• Schedule and manage client calls to review deliverables, coordinating with senior leads as needed.
• Distribute deliverables to clients for review, tracking feedback and ensuring updates are routed to the right owners.
• Maintain clarity on project details by supporting weekly status calls, sharing ad-hoc updates, and ensuring notes / action items are captured.
• Schedule and facilitate internal team alignment calls to keep deliverables on track and ensure the right stakeholders review key outputs.
• Organize internal prep sessions ahead of monthly media calls to review highlights and next steps with senior leads.
