Our In House Temporary -Senior RPO Recruiter is accountable for :

Full cycle recruiting for KellyOCG clients.

Recruiting Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Plastics, and more for a Manufacturing Plant.

Leading and successfully running the entire recruiting process.

Managing a high-volume requisition load effectively and successfully.

Routinely meeting with client partners to benchmark candidates, share market data, adjust strategy, set expectations, and drive the hire / no hire decision.

Essential Skills :

Must have recruiting experience supporting the Manufacturing and Engineering business function.

RPO experience is a plus

Experience with and ability to find and attract passive talent.

Experience with a wide range of Applicant Tracking Systems and proficient experience working in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

Familiarity with and comfortable working in a data driven environment; Meet and / or exceed all outlined scorecard targets.
