Director of Hosting Operations

A company is looking for a Director of Hosting Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hosting operations and ensure high availability, security, and performance of services

Manage vendor relationships, licensing compliance, and financial oversight for hosting operations

Lead and develop a team of hosting operations staff while collaborating with cross-functional leaders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience

10+ years of experience in hosting, infrastructure engineering, or IT operations

5+ years in a leadership role, preferably in a global environment

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft SQL Server, and Microsoft Hyper-V

Strong financial acumen, including budget creation and vendor management
