Abrolat Law PC, a boutique California employment litigation firm, is seeking a seasoned Senior Employment Litigator to lead high-impact PAGA, wage-and-hour, and misclassification cases. If you're a results-driven attorney who thrives on substantive legal work, values professional independence, and wants to escape firm bureaucracy, this is your role.

This flexible, remote position offers the autonomy to manage complex cases from inception through resolution while collaborating with our principal attorney on strategic direction. You'll work with a firm that prioritizes precision, client outcomes, and meaningful legal practicenot billable hour metrics.

What You'll Do

• Lead active PAGA and class action cases from initial strategy through final resolution
• Draft and argue critical motions, including class certification, summary judgment, and dispositive motions
• Manage discovery strategy, client communications, and case timelines independently
• Coordinate with the firm's principal attorney on case direction and settlement strategy
• Direct or mentor junior contract attorneys on specific projects as needed
• Develop and refine legal arguments in complex employment litigation matters
