What We're Looking For
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of Contact Center transformation and AI automation. This role will serve as the key liaison between the Telecom / UCC engineering team and Product Management, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear alignment to business goals. The successful candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of contact center operations, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise stakeholder management.
What You Will Do
What You Need to Succeed
7+ years of project / program management experience, preferably in contact center, CCaaS, or AI automation environments. Strong track record of managing cross-functional teams and delivering complex technology projects. Experience with Telecom / UCC systems, cloud platforms (AWS preferred), or CCaaS solutions (Five9, Genesys, NICE, etc.). Demonstrated ability to analyze data and use insights to establish baselines, track KPIs, and inform decisions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level reporting. Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). Familiarity with reporting / analytics tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus. PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is $166,000$195,000 USD. To ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and / or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc. Any requests to be exempted from these requirements will be reviewed by Datavant Human Resources on a case-by-case basis.
