Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst / BI Analyst / Report Developer to join our team in Malvern, PA. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, expertise in data visualization and reporting tools, and a solid understanding of business operations. You will be responsible for transforming data into meaningful insights to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or SSRS.

Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver customized data solutions.

Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reporting platforms.

Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from various data sources.

Document report designs, data models, and processes for future reference and scalability.

Present insights and recommendations to business and technical teams to support strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred (Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field)

2 5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis, BI Reporting, or Report Development

Strong subject matter expertise in data analytics and business intelligence

Hands-on experience with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, SSRS, Looker, etc.)

Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data manipulation techniques

Working knowledge of business operations and ability to translate data into business insights

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Skills (Optional but a Plus)

Experience with ETL tools (Informatica, Alteryx, Talend)

Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

Experience with scripting languages (Python, R) for data analysis

Familiarity with data warehousing and relational databases
