Responsibilities : Evaluate patients’ physical abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Implement therapeutic exercises and interventions to improve mobility, function, and pain management. Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure continuity of care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention. Document all patient care activities accurately and timely in the EMR system. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, professional standards, and state regulations. Requirements : Active Physical Therapist (PT) license in the state of California (or ability to obtain prior to start). Minimum 2 years of recent Physical Therapy experience , preferably in an inpatient rehabilitation or acute care setting. BLS (Basic Life Support) certification through the American Heart Association. Strong clinical, communication, and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team. Travel experience preferred but not required.
