Job descriptionPerform home checks and coordinate meal planning and grocery shopping. Oversee maintenance of vehicle, home, and office equipment. Provide direct supervision and communication to staff. Create and manage monthly staff schedules, conducting staff training. Role model professional behavior, ensuring documentation logs are completed. High school diploma or equivalent. 2 years of group home management experience Expertise in Traumatic Brain Injuries or Spinal Cord Injuries a plus Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask, address complaints, and resolve problems Valid driver's license, good driving record, and proof of vehicle insurance CPR and First Aid certification
