Facility Hours

Monday : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM

Tuesday–Thursday : 6 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Friday : 6 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM

Saturday : 7 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM

Sunday : 8 : 00 AM – 3 : 00 PM

(Shifts are scheduled within these hours based on operational needs.)

What You'll Do

Greet and welcome patients, creating a warm and caring environment

Collect and document patient vitals and intake information accurately

Support patient education and review after-care instructions

Ensure all documentation and forms are completed accurately

Collaborate with providers and clinical staff to deliver high-quality care

Qualifications

Active LPN license (Indiana required)

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Passion for providing patient-centered, compassionate care

Reliable, detail-oriented, and a true team player

Pay Details : $27.00 to $30.00 per hour
