About the Team
The Enterprise Ad Sales Team is responsible for the marketing vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. This rapidly growing team seeks additional members to build a leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s advertising offerings. The goal is to make DoorDash the premier platform for advertisers to reach local customers, creating a mutually beneficial ecosystem.
About the Role
As the Industry Manager - Enterprise Restaurant Ad Sales, you will lead a sales team focused on well-known restaurant brands. Your responsibilities include working cross-functionally to refine the go-to-market strategy, exceeding mutual goals, and building on existing team foundations. You will develop a deep understanding of the restaurant industry, acting as an extension of your advertisers’ teams, and report to the Senior Industry Manager, Enterprise Restaurant Ad Sales. You will be a key member of the Ad Sales Leadership team within our Sales & Business Development organization.

Compensation
Base salary ranges from $122,400 to $180,000 USD, depending on location and experience. Total on-target earnings (base + commissions) range from $204,000 to $300,000 USD. Compensation factors include skills, experience, and location. Benefits include equity, sales commissions, health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, wellness programs, and more.
