Legal assistant-I need an assistant to handle drafting lawsuits, filing lawsuits and responding to and propounding the initial discovery.  Must be comfortable with answering interrogatories and responding to requests to produce, and requests for admissions.  Also, you will need to schedule depos and order medical records.  This job requires excellent working knowledge of the front end litigation, up to and including preparing for mediation.  This job does NOT require advanced litigation skills needed for trial.  Your responsibility on these files end with the mediation.

I am the owner of the firm and we handle @ 60-70 files per year.  I only handle plaintiff's cases.  95% of my files are auto accident related.  I am a personal injury lawyer.  This job is for a full time, 8 hour / day, in person job.  Once we establish a good working relationship, remote work can also be established.  Pay is very competitive, based on experience.
