What You Will Get To Do :
Primary relationship owner for North American boutiques / specialized partnersRecruit, develop and maintain partner contacts (at all levels) for both sales and deliveryDevelopment and execution of the partner business planDevelop an understanding of the markets the partners operate in, and each partner's own competitive strategyEnsure this knowledge is continually shared with team members and Blue Prism stakeholdersDrive, own and execute the Blue Prism enablement program within partner organizationsDevelop increased commitment and Robotic Automation service delivery competency and capability within partnersWork with Marketing to drive the maximum ROI from any partner marketing investment into demand generation campaigns and vertical market plansWork closely with the partner to help in the identification, development, forecasting and management of opportunities to achieve the partner's revenue goalConduct sales presentations to and in conjunction with partners to our mutual clients until they achieve self-sufficiencyProactively drive awareness of the Blue Prism strategy and proposition at all levels across the partnerTransition relationships to appropriate sales and support team members as appropriateWhat You Will Bring :
8+ years of experience in Alliance / Partner sales environment with proven successGeneral understanding of complex solution sales cycle and a proven track record of successful Partner Sales and Solution playsAble to develop long-term relationshipsMixture of new business and account managementExcellent communicator both written and verballyInquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunitiesAbility to recruit and manage a 'virtual' team to support themselves and the partnersAbility to work in a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environmentCredible at executive and operational level with high degree of business acumenExperience in software industry (prefer AI, BPM, Automation)Self-motivated, results orientated, proactive and reliableHigh energy and shows passion and commitmentCredible and have gravitasThank you for your interest in SS&C! Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions. NY : Salary range for the position : $140,000 Plus commission USD to $175,000 Plus commission USD.
