IT Project Lead

Project Overview

Client is seeking an IT Project Lead to oversee a strategic program focused on process improvement and technical implementation, including AI and automation initiatives. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of aligning strategy, operations, and technology to drive measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and business performance. You'll report to senior leadership and coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, analytics, and operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program planning and execution, including scope definition, milestones, resources, and budgeting.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and prioritized workstreams to achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives by mapping current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing redesigned workflows.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to deliver technical solutions such as data pipelines, integrations, and AI / automation models.
• Oversee day-to-day execution, ensuring timely delivery and effective coordination among task owners.
• Prepare and present clear, concise program updates and dashboards for executive and cross-functional audiences.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate program-level risks, escalating issues as needed to maintain project momentum.
• Apply data-driven decision-making by conducting analysis, validating hypotheses, and measuring performance impact.
• Support adoption and sustainment through training materials, documentation, and post-launch support.
