Job description7-10+ years of experience in architecture or interior design Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, and hand sketching Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Professional Architecture degree from an accredited University is required Professional Architectural Registration preferred Hospitality or multi-unit residential project experience strongly preferred Work on world-class hospitality projects around the globe Be part of a collaborative, design-driven culture Competitive salary and benefits Growth, mentorship, and professional development opportunities Flexibility with an in-person / hybrid schedule Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate. Compensation : $85,000 – $130,000, depending on qualifications and experience

We’re seeking a Project Director / Architect who shares our love of travel, design, and big ideas, someone who can lead, inspire, and deliver.
What You’ll Do
- Lead multiple hospitality projects from concept through completion
- Manage design teams, schedules, budgets, and client communication
- Oversee internal production and coordination with consultants
- Mentor junior designers and foster team growth
- Partner with firm leaders and creative directors to drive design excellence
- Travel for design meetings and key presentations.
