They partner with leading organizations around the world to create fluid products to match their customers' needs. Due to exciting recent growth, they are adding an experienced Project Engineer to their team.

    Job Description

    • Develop and design innovative products for the life science industry, ensuring functionality and quality
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product designs for manufacturability and cost-efficiency
    • Create detailed technical drawings, specifications, and documentation for new and existing products
    • Evaluate materials and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
    • Conduct prototype testing and analysis to enhance product performance
    • Provide technical support during the product life cycle, including troubleshooting and improvements
    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into product designs

      The Successful Applicant

      A successful Project Engineer should have :

    • A degree in engineering, product design, or a related field
    • 5+ years' experience designing products for manufacturing - prior experience working with in-house manufacturing is required
    • Strong experience designing finished products with multiple sub-components
    • Strong technical skills in 3D modeling and CAD software
    • Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
    • A creative mindset with a focus on problem-solving and innovation
    • Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams

    • Base salary estimated between $100,000 and $130,000, based on experience
    • Annual bonus incentive 5-10%
