Vice President of Product

A company is looking for a VP of Product and Engineering to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of technology and product platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Define and own the product and technology vision aligned with business strategy

Lead, mentor, and grow cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, and Design

Oversee the full product lifecycle from discovery and design to development, testing, and release

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in product management or combined product / technology roles in a high-growth consumer tech environment

Proven track record of leading teams through rapid scale and delivering measurable business outcomes

Deep understanding of product strategy and technical execution

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, design, business, or related field

Strong intuition for great UX combined with analytical rigor
