Job Description

EideCom is seeking a highly talented and detail-oriented Presentation Specialist & Graphics Operator with a passion for creating impactful live experiences.

As one of the fastest-growing event companies in the industry, we are looking for a motivated individual to join our team.

This full-time position will play a pivotal role in EideCom's corporate events, assisting in the creation and management of presentations and media assets.

Reporting to the Creative Director, this role will be based in Minneapolis, MN and will require travel to 40-60 events annually.

Please note that this is a full-time position, and freelance workers need not apply.

Responsibilities

Presentation Preparation

• Act as a liaison between the Creative Director, Project Manager, and Show Director to manage creative assets and communicate changes.
• Help create and update presentations, lower thirds, and other graphics for live events.
• Perform minor video edits and organize content for events, ensuring proper labeling for the run of show.

Event Preparation

• Collect and organize all content for events, communicating any changes to the Creative Director that may require advanced alterations.
• Assist in the smooth running of events by ensuring all materials are prepared and up to date.

Presentation Operation

• Serve as the Presentation Operator during events, running PowerPoint presentations and following the cues of the Show Director.
• Assist presenters with updating their presentations as needed to ensure a seamless delivery.

Media Management

Ensure optimal organization, storage, and transfer of all client content before, during and after the event.

Internal Support

Support internal design requests, review sales decks for brand standards, and assist the marketing team with materials.

Qualifications / Technical Skills

Proficiency in presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote)

Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong portfolio showcasing previous PowerPoint design work

Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)

Clear demonstration of collaborative and communication skills in past positions

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadline

Other Requirements

Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to communicate across multiple departments.

Well-organized and detail-oriented with the ability to handle the pressure, deadlines, and agility of a fast-paced and demanding project / event.

An aptitude for earning trust and developing meaningful relationships

A positive attitude with a get-stuff-done mindset

Ability to work a flexible schedule, which could include working evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to travel nationally up to 50% of the time.

Salary $60,000-$80,000 annually, based on experience.
