Searching for Real Estate Agents in Bakersfield, California – New or Experienced!

We are looking to bring on enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join the Coldwell Banker family in Bakersfield, California.

Applicants without a real estate license are invited to apply .

You need a license to become a real estate agent before being considered for the position.

If you are unlicensed or in the process, once your application is received, you will be contacted by our partnered real estate school* with information on how to obtain your real estate license.
