The Senior Manager, Marketing Effectiveness will play a key role in shaping data-driven solutions for our clients. In this role, you'll lead the development of automated reporting, performance analysis, and actionable insights that directly influence media strategy and outcomes. You'll also mentor and manage junior team members, guiding their growth while ensuring high-quality deliverables. As the trusted analytics partner for client teams, you'll help optimize media investments and drive measurable impact.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, execution-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You thrive on solving complex data challenges, meeting tight deadlines, and collaborating across multiple teams and stakeholders. Leadership & Measurement Strategy

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Develop measurement strategies, learning agendas, and roadmaps that drive business impact.
• Translate complex data into clear insights through storytelling, visuals, and presentations.
• Mentor and coach junior team members on technical skills (SQL, Tableau) and professional growth.
• Oversee day-to-day performance and career development of junior team members.
• Share best practices and contribute to team success through knowledge sharing and training.

The annual salary range for this position is (94,000-152,375). Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.
