About The Position

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Shift : 10H Days, 4 days a week, rotating Monday through Friday

Hours per Shift : 10 hours

Experience : Minimum 2 years required

License : RN license required

Certifications : BLS required

Must-Have :

RN degree

Minimum 1 year of experience in procedures, preferably with advanced endoscopy procedures (ERCP, EUS, bronchoscopies, EBUS)

Description :

The role involves working as an RN scrub person, assisting with procedures at the bedside, performing bedside cleaning, and specimen retrieval.

Responsibilities also include charting and documentation as an RN circulator, assisting with specimens, coordinating care, and transporting patients.

Scope reprocessing is a critical aspect of the job, requiring cleaning scopes in the reprocessing room, utilizing an AER, performing borescope, ATP testing, and leak testing.

There is a weekend call requirement, with weekends necessary every two months, and weekday call required once every 1-2 weeks.

The role may include floating into the pre and post area as necessary.

Dress code comprises hospital-provided scrubs.

The client may cancel up to 12 hours every 13 weeks.

The charting system used is EPIC.
