Client Delivery Analyst II

A company is looking for a Client Delivery Analyst II (Statements) - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of complex debit and / or credit projects for financial institutions

Conduct client consultations to gather business and technical requirements and facilitate project execution

Provide technical support and ensure quality during the implementation process, including after-hours support as needed

Required Qualifications

Associates degree in a related field or equivalent combination of experience and education is required

Bachelor's degree preferred

Three (3) years of related experience in the payment processing industry required

Thorough understanding of payment card products and processes required

Current contractor resource in a similar position performing all job requirements is acceptable
