We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end IT solutions using modern technology stacks including Kubernetes, Kafka, Solr, Apigee, and BPM platforms. The candidate will play a pivotal role in analyzing business requirements, architecting robust solutions, and documenting best practices to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient technology implementations across the organization.

Job Summary

The Solution Architect is responsible for designing comprehensive IT solutions that address business needs, integrating multiple technologies, and ensuring consistency with enterprise architecture standards. They will lead the analysis of process and application flows, contribute to architectural strategy, and create detailed documentation for best practices and solution patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end IT solutions by integrating diverse technologies and platforms.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable architecture designs.
• Map and document end-to-end solution flows, identifying gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Define and document best practices, standards, and guidelines for technology adoption, implementation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, operations, and business stakeholders.
• Lead architectural reviews, risk assessments, and impact analyses for new and existing solutions.
• Ensure solutions adhere to security, compliance, and performance standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance on technology stacks such as Kubernetes, Kafka, Solar, Apigee, and BPM.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
