The District Education Manager (DEM), Central leads the education strategy for the market across MN, WI, IL, TX, and OH. They develop and execute actionable education plans aligned with business goals and oversee the instructors delivering learning experiences within Dermalogica Learning Lofts and in-field education. The role combines strategic leadership with operational oversight to maintain Dermalogica's standards and drive business success. Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Operations, the DEM ensures education initiatives are fully aligned with business growth strategies and the evolving needs of professional skin therapists. This leader fosters a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation within the education team.

The expected base salary for this position is $65,000-75,000 OR the expected base hourly pay rate. The exact base pay rate is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, geographic location, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
